I had no issue with the product being a code I put on my switch (knew that when I ordered no big) but the code doesn't work. I messaged and waited a week for them to fix it only for them to do nothing after saying they would look into it. So now tell me to return to get my money back. Unlike most Amazon returns where you can drop off the item at a drop off point no packaging or printing out labels needed. Now I need to go buy a mailer I guess and print out a label in order to even return it. Would never buy again and don't recommend it to ANYONE.
