I have been trying to find a working VR headset for the Switch. After trying two different OVIO branded models (each of which didn't work because the eye pieces couldn't get close enough together to see a complete image) I tried this Devaso branded model. This one is much better in that the image out of each eye piece ALMOST lines up, but the problem I am getting here is that one eye can actually see more of the image than the other eye piece no matter how I adjust the console.For example, on the system message "Press L + R on the controller" I see, out of the left eye piece "Press L + R on t" while in the right eye piece I see "the controller" so the problem here is that the left eye piece sees just a sliver more than the right eye piece and that is keeping the images from merging properly. Now, at a glance, you might think that I just need to physically move the Switch over a bit, but no, that doesn't make a difference because no matter how I position the original Nintendo Switch some part of the image overlaps.Checking the other side, I can feel that the round black eye sockets that stick out wobble a bit, so I wonder if there is any adjustment that needs to happen there? The user guide only has information about smart phones which I am not interested in using this for.Since this VR headset came so much closer than the others I tried I figured I would reach out to see if there is anything that can be done about this problem before trying a different brand, but I couldn't find a way to contact the company that made this and Amazon product support wasn't able to help me. "Upon checking here the issue that you experience is not listed on my resources." is what they said. They gave me then gave me the phone number of the manufacturer, but it was Nintendo, and they don't help with 3rd party products so that just leaves the return option. I gave this 2 stars, instead of 1 star, because the way the Switch was secured was better than the others I tried and because it's possible that, given the design of the black sockets, someone else might have a better experience than me. The focus works and the eye pieces do line up, it's just that one sees too much.My grandson loves itWe actually bought this for our son's switch console. The first product we ordered the lenses weren't adjustable, no one could really see clearly. This product was a few dollars more, but the whole family can now use the headset. Comfy face cushions and adjustable head straps fits all 5 of us. I would say get this if you're considering a vr headset for your switch.After just 2 weeks the rubber bumper/liner around the mask has come off.Well they work very good for The Legend of Zelda Breath Of The Wild .I haven't tried them on anyother games yet. Purchased for my daughter’s birthday and it doesn’t work. I was going to return it but she ended up throwing it away. She was so disappointed and I just want people to know this product is garbage. Literally in my case.
